Using this site
This website shows our work and lets you contact us. By using it, you agree to these terms. Please don’t misuse it, try to disrupt it, or send us anything unlawful or anything you don’t have the right to share.
Our content
The photographs, text, drawings, logos and designs on this site belong to Lifeform Studio or the people we credit, including past employers and collaborators. You’re welcome to share links and to save images for personal inspiration. Please ask before using them for anything else.
What you send us
You keep ownership of the files and ideas you send us. You give us permission to use them to review your request, prepare a quote and do any resulting work. We won’t publish your photos or project details without your permission.
Quotes and project work
A proposal request doesn’t commit either of us to anything. Prices, schedules, deposits, materials, warranties and other project details are set only in a written quote or agreement for that project, and that document controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Information on this site
We try to keep this site accurate, but it’s provided as is. Wood varies by nature, and materials, finishes and availability change, so photos and descriptions show past work and aren’t a promise of a specific result. Our journal shares how we work, and if you try something from it, please use your own judgment and work safely.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Lifeform Studio isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site or from relying on its content. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

Links to services such as Instagram, Pinterest or YouTube are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.
Oregon law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. If we have a dispute, let’s talk it through first. If that doesn’t resolve it, either of us can bring it to a court in Multnomah County, Oregon, or to small claims court where it qualifies.
